Karine (ka-ree-nah) Swenson is a painter living in the high desert of Southern California, near Joshua Tree National Park. She primarily works in oil, but she also explores watercolor, printmaking, drawing and encaustics. Constantly experimenting and challenging herself, Swenson's work is varied and ever-changing.
